Yapapi - EVOO 500ml (2025 Harvest)

This year marks our third year producing high-quality extra virgin olive oil, and it represents another important step in our journey.

Harvested in November 2025, this year’s Yapapi olive oil was produced under particularly challenging conditions, with weather variations that tested every stage of cultivation. Despite this, through careful harvesting, immediate cold extraction, and strict attention to detail, we managed to maintain low acidity while achieving a rich concentration of polyphenols, a clear reflection of the work behind every bottle.

The result is an olive oil that is smooth, well-balanced, and expressive. It offers a gentle fruity profile, a light peppery finish, and almost no acidity. Naturally high in polyphenols, it combines both nutritional value and depth of flavor.

This is an olive oil best enjoyed in its simplest form, drizzled over fresh bread, paired with a touch of garlic, or used to elevate everyday meals.
