All orders are shipped via UPS from our warehouse in Greece.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Rest of the World
Unfortunately, due to rising shipping costs and various international circumstances, we are no longer able to offer standard shipping rates outside of Greece, the EU, and the UK.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are included in the final price shown at checkout.
The recipient will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery and will not be contacted by customs authorities for payment.
Failed Delivery & Re-Shipment
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal by the recipient, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or failure to collect the parcel from the courier, the order will not be automatically re-shipped.
If the customer requests re-shipment, shipping costs must be paid again before dispatch.
Alternatively, the customer may request a refund for the product value only.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns & Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify us by email before the 14-day period expires.
Returns – Food Products
Due to the nature of our products (extra virgin olive oil), returns are accepted only if:
- the product is unopened
- the original seal is intact
- the product is in resalable condition
For reasons of hygiene and food safety, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Shipping
Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the package and product, so we can assist you promptly.
