We ship to the European Union, the USA, UK, Norway and Switzerland. All our orders are shipped with UPS from our central warehouse in Vienna, Austria.

Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks for your orders to be packed and shipped!

The following shipping rates apply:

EU, UK, Norway, Switerzerland: 6.90€ per order for orders up to 100€

USA: 12.50€ for orders up to 100€

Returns and exchanges

We accept the return of unused and unopened products
within 14 days after delivery. Please note that the delivery charge for
the original order is non-refundable.

If you wish to return an order it
must be done so using your own postage method and at your own cost. We
strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any parcel.
