An unparalleled quality
Yapapi is an extra-virgin oil of the highest quality. One of the most striking characteristics is the extremely low level of acidity of our olive oil (0.2), way less than the acidity found in most olive oil found in supermarkets (up to 0.8).
The results is a rich and super smooth gustative experience.
Our oil is also very rich in polyphenols, at 350mg/kg – while most oils are way below 200mg/kg. Several studies have shown the fantastic health-related benefits of polyphenols in diets.
