Yapapi is an early-harvest extra virgin olive oil, known in Greece as "aggourelaio".
Harvested in early October 2026, it is pressed from unripe olives to preserve their natural freshness and valuable properties. This meticulous timing results in an acidity of just 0.218% and a polyphenol content of 662, alongside vibrant aromas and a bold, fresh flavor that reflects the very best of the Greek olive grove.
Taste it like the Greeks
This olive oil you have to eat raw. Taste it with fresh bread and a little garlic, or the Greek way with a choriatiki salad for its full, natural flavor.
An unparalleled quality
Our olive oil has an extremely low acidity of just 0.218, far lower than the usual 0.8 found in most supermarket oils.
It also has very high polyphenols, 662 at the time of production, giving it strong antioxidant power.
The result is a rich, clean, and super smooth taste you will notice from the first drop.
